Here is the deal. When attending a Zoom meeting the camera needs to be on. The whole thing of Zoom is that it's a VIDEO event, and we need to keep in mind that the camera is merciless. Any imperfection in our outfits will be amplified through the megapixels of our computer cameras.

If attending a web-based meeting, job interview, or networking event adopt waist-level dressing. The upper part of your body needs to be impeccable.

What you choose to wear is directly related to the background you will be using during your meeting (another whole post!) Add some color to your face as a blush and lipstick, and define your eyes applying at least a mascara. A necklace dresses a plain top.
